




**Job Description:** We are seeking a Young Apprentice to work in the administrative area, with a focus on Human Resources and Payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to begin their career in a dynamic and welcoming environment within the hospitality industry, learning about people management and administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in and attending school (if high school has not yet been completed) * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite) * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity * Interest in building a career in the administrative and/or Human Resources field **Responsibilities:** * Assist with electronic timekeeping for employees * Organize admission, termination, and periodic documents * Support onboarding, vacation, benefits, and payroll processes * Filing and digitization of documents * Internal employee support (answering questions, distributing pay slips, etc.) * Assist with internal training sessions and internal marketing initiatives * Update HR spreadsheets and internal systems * Support internal communication of notices and announcements * Organize and sort uniforms
