**Responsibilities and Desired Experience:**
PROCESS MANAGER
**COMPANY INDUSTRY:** Civil Engineering
**COMPENSATION:** Starting from R$10.000
**WORK SCHEDULE:** 44 hours per week
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Map, analyze, and optimize the construction company's operational and administrative processes;
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
Implement and monitor standardized workflows across units.
Define and track performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency;
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with civil construction industry standards and regulations;
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process reengineering projects;
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to defined processes;
Collaborate with other leaders to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions;
Produce training materials and deliver team training on relevant topics and updates within your area of expertise;
Ensure integration among different departments (engineering, finance, procurement, etc.) for efficient project execution;
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions;
Prepare operational performance reports and present results to senior management;
Manage parameterization of operational information in the organization's internal systems.
**REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office, process management tools, modeling, and BI tools
