Description: It is very important that you have and/or know: * Technical education in the fashion field (higher education will be a plus); * Proven experience in Pattern Making; * Experience with PLM or ERP systems; * CAD Audaces/Gerber systems; * Proficiency in Office software; * Knowledge of Moulage - 3D modeling; * Proactivity, teamwork, agility; sense of urgency; * Availability to reside in Natal/RN; * Responsible for creating pattern bases, adapting and developing molds according to the needs of each lifestyle, interpreting sketches and trends; * Evaluate raw materials and pattern bases to be used in each product, ensuring good fit; * Monitor fittings to assess possible adjustments for improved garment wearability; * Perform necessary pattern adjustments, finalizing with grading of molds to ensure the item can be produced at scale; * Ensure a product with high quality, wearability, and comfort within each lifestyle, retaining customers and making the product sustainable regardless of season or collection; * Ensure the product is developed in a technically feasible manner for large-scale production. 2511080202181681687
