**Job Description – Technician in Construction and Quality** We are looking for a Construction Technician with experience also in quality control to support site operations and ensure greater process efficiency. This professional will be responsible for monitoring field activities, tracking deadlines, and directly contributing to the technical-operational alignment of the team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform measurements of activities carried out on site; * Request payments and monitor deadlines and approvals; * Control and monitor progress of activities; * Assist in resource leveling; * Conduct technical inspections on site; * Identify, record, and track non-conformities until resolution; * Prepare technical reports and records that support operational control and process quality. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Construction or ongoing higher education in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields; * Driver's License category B; * Availability of schedule; * Advanced knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD; * Experience in construction projects; * Experience with ERP systems. **Skills and Behavioral Profile:** Empathy, patience, persistence, planning, organization, attention to detail, prudence, concentration, boldness, leadership, objectivity, assertiveness, persuasion, extroversion, enthusiasm, and sociability. **Desired DISC Profile:** Dominant / Steady. **Desirable Attitudes:** Organized, goal-oriented, firm, and understanding professional, with a proactive attitude and focus on results.
