Responsible for analyzing software system requirements, acting as the liaison between business areas and the technical team. Works to understand organizational processes and translate business needs into clear specifications for software development, ensuring delivered solutions align with customer expectations and the organization’s strategic goals. Additionally, ensures software system requirements are accurately understood, structured, and validated with stakeholders—enabling the development of effective technological solutions that add business value. Key Activities and Responsibilities Conduct requirements elicitation with business areas using interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other techniques. Document requirements clearly and systematically. **Create and maintain artifacts such as:** use cases, user stories, business process flows (BPMN), prototypes, and technical specifications. Act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring mutual understanding. Lead validation meetings with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of elicited requirements. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying whether implemented solutions meet specified requirements. Collaborate with Product Owners or managers to prioritize the feature and change backlog. Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective) as applicable. Produce status and progress reports for software improvements and projects. Support the technical team in defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope and assessing the impact of changes. Disseminate information clearly and systematically to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the requirements analysis process. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting software system requirements. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and functional documentation practices. Prior experience serving as a liaison between business areas and technical teams is a plus. Familiarity with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban). Requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, brainstorming, document analysis, observation). **Modeling and documentation tools:** BPMN, UML, Bizagi, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc. **Task and backlog tracking tools:** Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc. **Documentation and collaboration tools:** Confluence, Notion, etc. **Prototyping tools familiarity:** Figma. Basic knowledge of software testing (acceptance testing, use cases). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Active listening ability and empathy toward users. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Systemic thinking and solution-oriented mindset. Business acumen. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Basic knowledge of acceptance testing and system validation.
