





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Key responsibilities: – Calculate and verify monthly payroll, advances, collective bargaining agreement supplements, profit-sharing (PLR), and 13th-month salary; Calculate, verify, and issue documentation related to monthly taxes; Calculate and verify monthly vacation payments and employment termination settlements; – Implement changes affecting employees’ employment contracts. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Essential knowledge: payroll and termination procedures, social charges, familiarity with RAIS, CAGED, DIRF, labor conciliation (homologation), SPED Folha, and the Sênior system. Preferred qualifications: experience in IT companies, RAIS and DIRF verification, oversight across all levels of labor inspections, report preparation, serving as the company’s legal representative (preposto), and delivering training sessions. Desired education: ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields.
