With us, you won’t just land your next job—you’ll gain a career opportunity. **Role:** * Administer and execute corporate and functional HR activities, ensuring adherence to personnel administration routines, compliance with current labor, social security, and collective bargaining agreements, and supporting HR processes and policies—aiming to add value to responsibilities concerning employees and thereby also supporting local leadership in employee engagement and retention initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Support timekeeping data for employees by extracting it from the system, analyzing potential discrepancies, and flagging necessary corrections to management; * Understand, communicate, and promote compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Intercompany Agreements (ICAs); * Organize labor litigation documents and submit all related requests to the Legal Department within established deadlines; monitor hearings and serve as company representative or witness as required; * Assist employees by providing clarifications regarding personnel administration routines and all matters relevant to HR topics; * Fulfill legal obligations by issuing required forms and reports within stipulated deadlines, observing applicable legislation, internal norms, and procedures (e.g., banked hours, contractual amendments regarding working hours, termination and hiring processes, and internal employee transfers); * Administer and support HR programs—including recognition, onboarding, language training, and compliance—in accordance with current policies and procedures; * Ensure scheduling of onboarding for new hires and newly promoted leaders; * Register integration training completions in the system; * Initiate and monitor hiring processes in the system, ensuring timely execution; * Monitor and ensure termination processes in the system, supporting management throughout the process; * Conduct virtual or in-person homologation per local CBA and ICA requirements; * Request and follow up on timekeeping reports for third-party employees with Operations, ensuring validation and timely delivery to the Controller’s team; * Validate billing information for consultancy pre-invoices involving third-party labor; * Perform other duties as required by departmental/filial needs or any subsequent redistribution of work; * Collaborate with the R\&S team on vacancy progression and closure, ensuring operational hiring readiness, and support local R\&S as needed; * Continuously analyze people analytics, generating data when necessary for analysis and interventions related to reviewed KPIs—and always supporting operations with turnover and daily absenteeism indicators; * Execute commemorative date activities and monthly Enjoy initiatives per CoE instructions; * Responsible for meeting internal and external audit requirements. **Competencies and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources; * Knowledge of HR processes including R\&S, training, labor relations, and payroll administration; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred); * Willingness to travel as required by the region of operation.
