Our employment opportunities are open to all underrepresented groups, including individuals aged 50+, persons with disabilities (PCD), LGBTQIA+, Black individuals, women, and others. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supervising all construction site activities—from earthworks to finishing—following instructions from the resident site engineer and/or construction coordinator. * Organize and control complementary and architectural projects, and distribute them to respective work fronts. * Monitor civil construction works regarding execution quality and material quality (accepting or rejecting), as well as supervise safety and environmental aspects—ensuring works are executed to the desired quality standard, safely and in compliance with environmental regulations. * Interpret project drawings and technical specifications; conduct technical site visits for data collection; quantify building project elements; research new technologies. * Assist in preparing descriptive service memos for contracting construction services, establishing contracting criteria and presenting all technical specifications, requirements, and other contractual conditions for hiring specialized service providers. * Assist in weekly reporting by updating internal clients and operational areas with photos and status updates of ongoing construction, enabling involved departments to track project progress. * Assist in organizing and monitoring the assembly process of buildings to ensure alignment with the layout defined in the project. * Receive contractor services and perform measurements and verifications of actual completed work quantities. * Participate in and support the construction estimating team as the technical representative during needs assessment and execution methodology planning—ensuring all necessary activities for service execution are included in the estimate. * Support technical investigations, surveys, and definition of execution methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Building Construction * Excel Level II * MS Project * Computer Skills (Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Basic AutoCAD * Proactivity * Clear and concise communication * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams * Conflict resolution skills * Organization, focus, discipline, and attention to detail * Experience supervising construction execution (evidence of site experience must be included in the resume) **Additional Information** * Hapvida Health and Dental Plan, and Dr. Alper Plan * Complimentary meals at our cafeterias * Gympass and Psicologia Viva * Semiannual and Annual Performance-Based Bonus (PPR), and more. **We are AVIVA, a company built by people and for people** Since becoming **AVIVA** in 2018, we understand that entertainment brings people fun, joy, personal satisfaction, and good spirits.
