Here, we value humanized service, active listening, and building lasting relationships with our customers. **Work model:** Onsite **Work location:** Itabaiana \- SE **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business and Services Manager, your main responsibilities will be: * Provide differentiated service that delights current and potential customers, promoting loyalty, strengthening the relationship with the bank, and driving results; * Support Account and Relationship Managers, contributing to excellence in customer service; * Assist Administrative Management in commercial and administrative service activities at the branch; * Supervise and monitor service execution, ensuring compliance with organizational rules, guidelines, and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed or ongoing higher education; * CPA\-10 certification or higher; * Previous experience in financial institutions, the financial market, and/or commercial areas, with focus on relationship management and business development.
