A bakery in Salvador is seeking a Production Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, breads, cakes, and other bakery products. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients according to recipes and standards. Operate simple production equipment under supervision. Assist in shaping, fermentation, and baking of products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and utensils. Monitor expiration dates and proper storage of raw materials. Assist in quality control of products. Follow hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices. Previous experience as a Production Operator, Production Assistant, Production Helper, or Assembler may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
