Opportunity to train teams and lead Bemol is a service-provision and retail product distribution company whose primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sales process, while adhering to continuous improvement principles, applicable external legislation, and the organization’s cultural values and principles—namely Integrity, Respect, Economy, Energy, and Continuous Improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** On the Bemol team, you will delight customers by carrying out the activities described below: **Activities:** * Provide customer service, offering guidance on the correct use of medications and health products; * Dispense medications in accordance with medical prescriptions and current legislation; * Perform blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol measurements; * Administer injectables and vaccinations; * Conduct medication reviews and provide self-care support; * Use company administrative/financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, and SNGPC; * Train store operators on Bemol’s service standards and pharmaceutical technical guidance; * Manage pharmaceutical regulatory technical procedures at the pharmacy; * Control and manage inventory of medications and health products; * Ensure proper storage and preservation of pharmaceutical products; * Perform earlobe piercing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualities:** * Sales management skills; * Experience in team management; * Leadership ability; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity and problem-solving capability. **What Could Be a Differentiator?** * Experience as a manager of customer service/sales teams; * Courses, training, or specializations in pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Customer Service; * Computer literacy; * Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. **Additional Information** **Selection Process Steps:** * Registration; * Assessments; * Tests; * Interview.
