Position: Architect Responsibilities * Development of architectural projects (preliminary study, design development, construction documents, and legal compliance) * Coordination of architectural projects with complementary systems * Preparation and analysis of floor plans, sections, elevations, and details * Technical support during construction and client service * Coordination with engineers and other disciplines * Monitoring of schedules and technical standards ⸻ Required software * AutoCAD (technical drawing and detailing) * Revit (BIM – modeling and coordination) * SketchUp (volumetric studies) * Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ⸻ Desirable software * Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion (rendering) * Photoshop / Illustrator (project presentation) * Navisworks (interference detection – BIM) ⸻ Knowledge of complementary systems * Structural (reading and coordination of structural drawings) * Electrical and lightning protection systems (SPDA) * Plumbing (cold water, hot water, sewage, rainwater) * HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) * Fire prevention and suppression * Accessibility (NBR 9050) * Technical standards and urban legislation * BIM coordination across disciplines ⸻ Requirements * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Active registration with CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism) * Experience with construction documentation and interdisciplinary coordination * Organizational skills, strong communication, and teamwork ability ⸻ Advantages * Construction site experience * Knowledge of project management * Experience in architecture firms or construction companies * Postgraduate studies or courses in BIM Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you live within one hour of Av.
