The **Young Apprentice – Administrative Assistant** will operate the specific systems of their area of activity using the available software, contributing to streamlining work routines. They will also assist in various administrative activities within their area of activity. Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives, among other tasks related to the role. If this position aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the area of activity; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into departmental systems; Receive requests and respond to them or forward them, if outside their scope of responsibility; Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth functioning of their area of activity; Ensure the safekeeping and preservation of document archives; Support internal and external customer service; And other tasks related to the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Aged between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies underway; Compliance with the working hours (4 hours/day) at the workplace and during training; Participation in the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the young apprentice will undertake a formal apprenticeship program.
