Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient execution of mining operations, guaranteeing compliance with standards and contributing to production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Promote integration and operational fluidity with support departments. **JOB SUMMARY** Ensure safe, efficient, and integrated execution of mining operations, guaranteeing compliance with operational standards, legal requirements, and SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) guidelines. Drive operational performance through monitoring of KPIs, team development, and coordination with support departments, contributing to operational continuity and achievement of production, productivity, and safety targets. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate daily mining operations, ensuring safe execution in compliance with established operational standards. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SSMA) regulations, promoting a prevention-oriented culture and safe behavior. * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (production, productivity, costs, equipment performance), defining and tracking corrective and preventive actions as needed. * Manage and develop operational teams, monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, and ensuring alignment with operational directives. * Maintain continuous interface with Planning, Maintenance, Geology, Geotechnics, Control Room, and other support departments, ensuring operational integration and fluidity. * Contribute to short- and medium-term operational planning by providing technical and operational information to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with procedures, operational standards, and applicable legal requirements for mining activities. * Ensure implementation and monitoring of the Rainfall Plan and the Pit and Stockpile Infrastructure Plan, guaranteeing safe and continuous operating conditions. * Collaborate closely with the Control Room to ensure alignment between field operations and monitoring center, appropriate response to operational deviations, and real-time decision support. * Ensure implementation and monitoring of operational, technical, and SSMA training programs, promoting continuous team capability development and adherence to operational standards. **Required Technical Competencies:** * Mining operations and mine processes * Monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs (production, productivity, costs, equipment performance) * Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SSMA) regulations and practices * Management of mining equipment and interface with maintenance * Integration with Planning, Geology, Geotechnics, and Control Room departments * Short- and medium-term operational planning * Interpretation of maps, mine plans, and technical documents * Management of operational and geotechnical risks * Use of dispatch systems, telemetry, and monitoring systems * Proficiency in management systems and tools (Excel, dashboards, operational systems) * Knowledge of legal requirements applicable to mining * Delivery of technical and operational training **Required Behavioral Competencies:** * Alignment with Aura 360 values and culture. * Accountability for operational results and fulfillment of commitments; collaborative leadership and clear communication in operational environments. * Data-driven decision-making and critical analysis. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. * Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining operational discipline.
