**Position Description:** We are looking for a **Payroll Assistant** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for personnel administration routines, ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations, as well as supporting activities related to labor calculations, benefits management, and payroll processing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform labor calculations, including hiring, termination, vacation, 13th salary, and other severance payments; * Stay updated and correctly apply current labor and social security legislation; * Apply Collective Bargaining Agreements within Personnel Department routines, ensuring compliance with labor rights and obligations; * Assist in managing employee benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.); * Carry out payroll processing using electronic payroll systems; * Perform data reporting to E\-Social, Sefip, Conectividade Social, GRRF, and other ancillary obligations; * Manage and record electronic timekeeping, ensuring proper compliance with working hours; * Provide support in employee assistance, clarifying doubts related to the HR department. **Requirements:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in **Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**; * **Knowledge**: + Solid knowledge of labor calculations (hiring, termination, vacation, 13th salary); + Familiarity with labor and social security legislation; + Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements and their practical application; + Knowledge of payroll systems, Sefip, Conectividade Social, E\-Social, and GRRF; + Knowledge of **electronic timekeeping software**; + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the **Domínio system** will be considered a strong advantage.
