Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with proven experience in managing building construction projects, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to oversee and optimize construction works. Ability to independently manage projects and lead teams Civil Engineer \#1350 Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in **Civil Engineering** and active registration with CREA. * **Proven Experience** in building construction project management. * **Technical Proficiency (Knowledge):** In-depth understanding of fundamental civil engineering principles, construction methods, structural analysis, and quality inspection. * **Reading and Interpreting Drawings:** Ability to **read, verify, and interpret** all execution drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP), identifying potential interferences and optimization opportunities. * **Specialized Software:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for drawing analysis and occasional adjustments. (Knowledge of Revit or BIM is a strong advantage). Management and Leadership Skills: * High capacity to **manage the project** autonomously and proactively. * Strong ability to **delegate, guide, and inspect** on-site service execution. * Insight and experience in **material waste control** and resource optimization. * Leadership of site teams and subcontractors. * **Problem Solving:** Focus on finding practical and innovative solutions to unexpected site challenges. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Residence in Goiás** * **Prior experience in MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) construction projects** Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
