Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards **Brief Job Description** Develop, design, implement, and maintain electrical and telecommunications systems applied to optical network infrastructure, ensuring technical compliance, operational efficiency, and safety. Collaborate integrally with project, installation, maintenance, and innovation teams to promote sustainable, safe, and technically appropriate solutions aligned with regulations and customer requirements. Design electrical and power supply projects for telecommunications and micro-optical fiber networks in accordance with technical and regulatory standards. Specify electrical materials and components, performing cost-benefit and technical performance analysis. Participate in technical site visits and inspections for data collection and project validation. Oversee electrical installations, grounding systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), and telecommunications infrastructure. Conduct electrical and optical tests and measurements to ensure the performance of installed systems. Prepare technical reports, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), descriptive memoranda, and performance reports. Provide technical support to field teams and to sales, project, and operations departments. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards (NR10, NR35, ISO, Anatel, etc.). **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. **PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION:** Active CREA registration. **PREFERRED:** Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications, Optical Networks, Energy Efficiency, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 2 years of experience designing electrical projects for telecommunications or optical networks. Field experience in electrical installation, testing, and maintenance. Experience with system integration companies or telecommunications network operators. **KNOWLEDGE** Installation and maintenance of low-voltage electrical systems applied to optical networks. Telecommunications infrastructure (FTTH, backbone, splice closures, and distribution boxes). Grounding systems and surge/lightning protection systems (SPDA). Electrical and optical measurement equipment: multimeters, megohmmeters, ground resistance testers, OTDRs, optical power meters.
