Ensure workplace organization and safety. **Brief Job Description** Assist in installation, maintenance, and testing of micro fiber optic systems, supporting technicians and engineers in fulfilling operational requirements and ensuring field operation organization and efficiency. Assist in installing fiber optic cables in aerial, underground, and indoor networks. Prepare materials and tools for field activities. Assist in assembling infrastructure such as cable trays, conduits, and cable supports. Perform minor installations and adjustments under technical supervision. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of optical components and systems. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work sites, as well as proper waste disposal. Provide support in conducting tests and measurements, preparing cables, connectors, and equipment for responsible technicians. Assist in identifying simple faults and preparing materials for correction. Manage and organize tools and materials required for project execution. Ensure replenishment of consumables used in the field. Support loading, transportation, and unloading of materials and equipment at construction sites. Assist in positioning and installing machinery and tools at the worksite. Follow occupational safety regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contribute to implementing best practices for safety and organization in the field. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School education. Basic courses in electricity, telecommunications, or fiber optics (preferred). **EXPERIENCE:** Prior experience in technical support roles, preferably in telecommunications or industrial installations. Field experience will be considered a plus. **KNOWLEDGE:** Basic knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic networks is preferred. Familiarity with hand and power tools used in installations. Basic knowledge of occupational safety (NR-10, NR-35 is a plus).
