* Experience in OTR tire maintenance; * Driver’s License Category B. **Desired Qualifications:** * Microsoft Office suite; * Driver’s License Category D; * Experience operating equipment; **Job Responsibilities and Activities:** * Coordinate, guide, and execute maintenance services for machines, equipment, and facilities, including hydraulic, electrical, vulcanization, welding, pneumatic, lubrication components, among others; * Coordinate the development and/or updating of operational procedures (standards and work instructions); * Coordinate, supervise, and guide the execution of outsourced maintenance services; * Inspect permanent way technical activities related to infrastructure and superstructure; * Coordinate mechanized maintenance and railway line construction services; * Be responsible for equipment inspections; * Plan and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services for machines, equipment, rolling stock, and facilities, optimizing resources to contribute toward safety, quality, and cost objectives and targets; * Monitor equipment testing; * Execute, maintain, and guide cleaning and preservation of facilities and equipment; * Size equipment, analyze and monitor projects, providing technical opinions and feasibility assessments; * Test and analyze equipment failures, proposing solutions and implementing deviation containment actions; * Perform equipment inspection services; * Participate in negotiations regarding service provision budgets and preparation of cost budgets; * Propose improvements to maintenance operational procedures (standards and work instructions); * Interpret drawings, standards, and work instructions, understanding component functionality and their interrelationships within the system; * Specify, procure, and control materials, fuels, and tools required to perform activities; * Maintain and preserve lubrication tools and other tools necessary to perform activities; * Operate/Maneuver overhead cranes, mobile cranes, platforms, equipment, auxiliary vehicles, and motor vehicles; * Update the computerized maintenance control system; * Perform oxy-acetylene cutting; * Occasionally perform electric welding; * Occasionally perform machining and operate lathes, milling machines, and boring machines for maintenance repairs; * Conduct load and power tests on equipment; * Guide, monitor, and execute electrical/electro-electronic/telecommunications maintenance services for assemblies, subassemblies, signaling systems, machines, equipment, and facilities; * Size equipment, analyze and monitor projects, providing technical opinions and feasibility assessments; * Supervise the execution of outsourced electrical, electronic, electro-electronic, and telecommunications maintenance services; * Conduct occasional or non-routine railway line inspections; * Operate/Maneuver overhead cranes, mobile cranes, platforms, equipment, auxiliary vehicles, and motor vehicles; * Control waste generated during maintenance;
