Interface with clients, suppliers, and internal departments We are looking for a Civil Engineer to work on-site, responsible for the technical and operational management of construction projects in the banking sector, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety. Supervise and monitor construction execution at bank branches. Coordinate in-house and third-party teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety. Conduct interface with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Prepare and validate technical reports and measurements. Responsibilities * Supervise work teams * Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Prepare reports and records of activities performed * Interact with suppliers and service providers * Participate in monitoring and planning meetings Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration. * Proven experience in construction projects, preferably in the banking sector. * Skills in team management, planning, and project monitoring. * Willingness to travel within the state. * Availability for technical visits and site visits as required by the project. * Position is valid for the state of Paraíba.
