Main Responsibilities: * Management of maintenance for drilling rigs (hydraulic and mechanical), as well as trucks, support vehicles, and workshop equipment; * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Performance indicator control (availability, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs); * Ensure compliance with applicable mining and maintenance NRs (NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-18, NR\-22, NR\-35, among others); * Supervision and leadership of 25 employees (mechanics, technicians, welders, painters, machining operators); * Management of spare parts and maintenance supplies inventory, in coordination with warehouse and procurement; * Technical support to field teams and guidance on critical repairs; * Interaction with safety, quality, and operations departments, ensuring equipment meets contractual and legal requirements; * Development and implementation of improvements in maintenance processes and equipment reliability; * Preparation of technical projects and reports; * Support during internal and external audits.
