We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines, without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Estimate engineering project costs, considering all relevant aspects such as labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting; * Monitor and control costs during project execution, identifying deviations and proposing solutions to keep them within budget; * Prepare managerial cost reports, presenting clear and accurate information for decision-making; * Collaborate with project teams in analyzing alternative solutions to optimize costs; * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best commercial terms.
