Our Planning professionals lead the structuring and execution of strategic projects. We ensure predictability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, always striving to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and maximize value. If you are motivated by challenges, passionate about planning, and want to work on high-impact projects, this is your place! **Learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities in Planning:** Responsible for developing, aligning, and updating project schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Managing projects, with occasional PMO roles, ensuring process efficiency and timely delivery. Applying advanced planning techniques such as productivity management, critical chain, practicality, and pull-based planning. Implementing and managing methodologies such as AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) and Constraint Management. Developing and monitoring Value Stream Maps to identify and eliminate waste. Establishing and monitoring performance management routines through the creation and implementation of KPIs. Planning and implementing process flows focused on rhythm and efficiency (e.g., takt time). Using Problem-Solving tools for structured problem resolution. Implementing Change Management programs to adapt to new scenarios and processes. Conducting training, capacity-building, and organizational acculturation activities. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Experience in project planning and management within dynamic environments. Knowledge of Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement practices. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and collaborative platforms. Willingness to travel and work on-site as required by the project. Differentiators that will set you apart Experience with FEL methodology, Risk Management, and Primavera EPPM. Knowledge of Constructability and 4D Planning. Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
