




We are seeking an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** to work on relining activities at the Carajás Mine, responsible for leading operational teams, ensuring production plans are met safely, with quality and efficiency, monitoring the execution of work fronts, and guaranteeing the proper use of available equipment and resources. Register now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Concerned about **employee safety**, ensuring everyone follows procedures and correctly uses PPE. * Ensures **work fronts are organized**, maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment. * Ensures **proper signage** of work fronts (berms, markers, and signs), enhancing operational safety. * Guarantees all team members have their **training and certifications up to date**. * Conducts **periodic inspections**, verifying that the team properly completes the **PRA (Preliminary Risk Analysis)**. * Conducts **periodic inspections** to ensure correct completion of work front checklists. * Communicates **clear information and instructions** about the day's topic and planned activities. * Ensures **proper waste disposal**, preventing trash accumulation during the shift. * Keeps the **reservoir full at the end of each shift**, ensuring continuity of operations. * Demonstrates **initiative and good practices**, sharing ideas and improvements with the team. * Leaves the work front **organized and properly marked** for night operations (such as using lighting towers and proper signage). * **Communicates transparently and clearly**, maintaining alignment between shifts and teams. * Cares for **team well-being**, watching for signs of fatigue and ensuring attention during task execution. * Ensures **operational safety**, conducting and supervising **equipment testing** before operations begin. * Ensures **assets remain in good condition**, promoting responsible use and reporting any irregularities. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Office Suite * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of heavy yellow-line equipment; * Team management experience; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B); * Familiarity with yellow-line and white-line machinery; * Experience with internal audits; * Experience in large-scale construction projects; * Ability to analyze activities and processes; * Knowledge of continuous improvement processes. **Additional information** * Hapvida Health Plan (no monthly cost on payroll for the holder) * Bradesco Dental Plan: (with payroll deduction); * Prudential Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance R$ 635.00 \+ 211.20 Breakfast Allowance; * Company-provided transportation.
