Description
**Responsibilities:**
Support budgeting and planning needs for construction projects related to fire detection and suppression systems.
Collaborate with the company’s technical expert on technical definitions and solutions.
Develop and prepare designs using drafting software: Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD;
Conduct field surveys and collect technical documentation;
Perform analysis and propose solutions for technical project issues;
Respond to technical inquiries and interface with other disciplines and project stakeholders.
Produce, process, identify, code, format, and distribute documents in the GED system or similar.
Interpret drawings and jointly develop designs with engineering teams.
Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals for clients, considering feasibility and cost aspects.
Perform calculations, simulations, and project evaluations to ensure compliance with fire safety standards and regulations.
Make adjustments during execution, if necessary, to resolve unexpected issues or improve project efficiency.
Monitor construction execution, tracking schedules, costs, and quality, and ensuring correct installation of fire detection and suppression systems.
Organize and control technical documents and files.
Generate and update technical documentation for equipment.
Stay updated on new technologies, regulations, and trends in the fire protection sector.
Participate in technical and alignment meetings with clients and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Provide technical support to the sales team and other company departments when required.
Prepare technical reports and project documentation for audit and quality control purposes.
