**Your Mission:**
The Product and Application Specialist will be responsible for strengthening Epiroc Brazil’s strategy with Vale – Corredor Norte and Metais Básicos –, operating in the Parauapebas/Carajás region, Pará.
Your mission will be to ensure technical and operational excellence in drilling activities, translating customer needs into value-added solutions, delivering training, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with internal departments and the factory.
You will serve as the technical reference for the use and optimization of drilling equipment and tools, working across different lithologies and field conditions, with a focus on performance, safety, and efficiency.
You will report to the Surface Division in Brazil, acting as the focal point between the Aftermarket and Drilling Tools departments, proposing solutions that generate operational gains and contribute to the development of new products.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee product, application, and performance at the customer site, serving as Epiroc's technical reference in the region;
* Act as direct liaison with drilling tools, aftermarket, sales, Supply Chain, Parts and Services, HR, and Communications teams;
