




**Requirements**: High school diploma completed Industrial Maintenance Planning course is a plus Knowledge of maintenance planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus Experience in the assigned role and familiarity with methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with personnel at all levels within the organization. Dexterity and attention to detail **Key responsibilities** Schedule weekly predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities; Schedule planned shutdowns for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; Ensure timely updating of equipment failure history; Request quotations from suppliers for spare parts, services, and equipment repairs; Ensure updates to maintenance plans, safety procedures, work instructions, and equipment failure classifications; Monitor maintenance KPIs; Comply with occupational health and safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards as defined in internal procedures, onboarding instructions, and periodic Integrated Management System trainings. Ensure accurate recording of measurement closure entries. Monitor material inflows and outflows required for contract execution. Continuously monitor key maintenance performance indicators. This includes collecting and analyzing data on asset performance, maintenance costs, downtime, and other relevant factors. Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through data analysis to support decision-making and implementation of corrective or preventive actions. Participate in planning meetings with clients to continuously improve maintenance adherence and quality. Participate in audits verifying correct completion of Maintenance Orders and associated reports. Report any process anomalies immediately to the direct supervisor. Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and warranty records. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop detailed maintenance plans, specifying required tasks, procedures, and necessary replacement parts. Conduct equipment surveys in workshops and compare findings against the maintenance schedule. Comply with occupational safety requirements and the 5S program. Collaborate to ensure maintenance activities are performed within the approved budget and seek opportunities to optimize costs without compromising maintenance quality.
