Ensure construction schedules are met and aligned with established goals and deadlines. **Construction Supervision:** Monitor on-site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project designs and technical specifications. Conduct regular field inspections to ensure work quality and compliance. **Team Management:** Lead field teams by assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance. Identify training and upskilling needs to ensure the team’s technical competence. **Material and Equipment Control:** Perform detailed specification of technical materials, including recommended brands and suppliers, to support procurement requests and acquisitions. Supervise the use and control of materials and equipment required for construction execution. Ensure material transportation and logistics align with project requirements. **Reporting and Communication:** Prepare daily progress reports covering execution status, resource utilization, and potential deviations. Coordinate interactions with service and material suppliers to guarantee necessary support for construction activities. **EDUCATION:** Technical education in Telecommunications, Civil Construction, Electronics, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or operational supervision, preferably in optical fiber or telecommunications projects. Experience managing field teams and tracking project schedules. **KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of optical fiber technologies and their applications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with occupational safety standards and sector-specific regulations. Proficiency in construction control and management tools (e.g., Excel, MS Project, or similar).
