Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral resource estimation, preferably in underground operations. Knowledge and adherence to international reporting standards (JORC, NI 43\-101, CIM, etc.). **Proficiency in mining software (e.g.:** Deswik, Vulcan, Datamine, Surpac). **Solid knowledge of underground mining methods (e.g.:** sublevel stoping, cut and fill, room and pillar). Strong capability in technical and economic analysis, including cost modeling and dilution/recovery estimation. Excellent communication, teamwork and technical writing skills. **Active professional registration or eligibility (e.g.:** Competent Person under JORC, P.Eng or equivalent) will be considered an advantage. **Desirable Attributes:** Experience in underground projects with exposure to hybrid operations (open pit \+ underground). Experience with different ore types and deposit styles. Solid understanding of resource and reserve modeling principles. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with conceptual and operational mine planning processes. Responsible for the estimation, reporting and conducting technical and economic evaluations of mineral reserves in compliance with international reporting codes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in underground mining, complemented by knowledge of open-pit operations. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop, update and maintain mineral reserve models for project development studies, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g.: JORC, NI 43\-101, CIM). Contribute to the development of long-term mine plans with a focus on reserve viability. Design and validate underground and open-pit mining alternatives based on technical and economic criteria. Integrate geological, geotechnical, operational and metallurgical data into reserve modeling and classification.
