We are seeking professionals to work as **Mechanical Engineer (TRAINEE)** in Curionópolis \- PA**.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. **Desirable:** * Specialization in their field of expertise. **Responsibilities:** * Analysis of maintenance and reliability indicators * Development of indicator tracking charts * Failure analysis * Preparation of RAFs (Root Cause Analysis Forms) * Presentation of improvement projects * Evaluation of new suppliers * Development of Technical Procedures * Support for training and certification programs * Development of technical reports: * Project development and technical documentation * Support for maintenance control and review of systematic maintenance plans * Support to PCM in reviewing the 52-week plan map **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Knowledge of equipment failure analysis using quality tools. * Knowledge of metrology, interpretation and preparation of mechanical engineering drawings. * Knowledge of equipment lubrication. * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Knowledge of machine elements. * Technical knowledge of bearings. * Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards (NRs) * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Basic English proficiency ***A Modern Mining Company*** **Working together to create value** One of our greatest assets is our people, and our values differentiate and sustain a unique culture—one we enjoy today and will continue to foster in the future. **How we work together:** * Acting with integrity toward all stakeholders. * Thinking and acting differently. * Building a culture of respect that enables our people to succeed. * Focusing on partnership and collaboration—not hierarchy. * Delivering superior results through effective planning and agile execution. * Doing what was agreed upon and executing it.
