We are looking for a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. Will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service delivery within the facilities segment at a mining complex, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Supervise team responsible for: * Pest control. * Tree pruning. * Maintenance of green areas. * Environmental preservation in designated areas. Plan and monitor activities, ensuring quality and timely execution. Manage supplier and service provider contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and cost optimization. Prepare performance reports and unit indicators. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory legislation. * Analyze and monitor overall qualitative and quantitative results within their scope, aiming to optimize business unit operations, capable of developing action plans, strategies, and creating and innovating initiatives that enhance unit outcomes and customer service; * Be responsible for annual planning and budget creation for their unit, ensuring it is achieved and even exceeded throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Main requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in **Agricultural Engineering or Forestry Engineering**. * Previous experience in contract management * Solid experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Valid driver's license (CNH); Working hours: from 07:00 to 16:48, Monday to Friday.
