Job Summary: A gardening professional responsible for soil preparation, planting, garden maintenance, and operation of equipment, aiming to conserve and enhance green spaces. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out planting and garden maintenance, including pruning and irrigation. 2. Operate gardening equipment safely. 3. Ensure the conservation and beautification of outdoor areas. · Prepare soil, level land, and form flower beds for planting flowers, shrubs, grass, and other plant species; · Plant seeds and seedlings, adhering to appropriate techniques for plant development; · Apply organic and chemical fertilizers, perform formative and cleaning pruning, replanting, and continuous maintenance of green areas; · Safely operate manual and motorized equipment such as brush cutters, hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hoes; · Perform regular garden irrigation according to the needs of each plant species and climatic conditions; · Keep gardens clean and organized by removing dry leaves, branches, weeds, and other debris; · Request and manage required supplies and materials (fertilizers, seeds, tools, PPE, etc.) from the warehouse or responsible personnel; · Maintain gardening equipment and tools, performing minor adjustments and reporting maintenance needs; · Work in accordance with occupational safety procedures, using mandatory PPE and complying with environmental and occupational health regulations; · Support beautification and conservation efforts for the company’s outdoor areas, contributing to a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
