Together, we lead the way in making mining and infrastructure more sustainable. **Join our team!** **Location:** Parauapebas, Pará **Your Mission:** Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, or electronic) at the company workshop or customer sites, conducting diagnostics and failure analysis to drive process improvements. **Responsibilities:** * Understand and interpret technical drawings and product catalogs, verifying data accuracy through physical inspection of equipment, observing assembly, disassembly, manufacturing, and maintenance aspects; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment at the company workshop or customer facilities, including disassembly, cleaning, component replacement, and reassembly, while recommending technical and operational solutions to prevent excessive wear or frequent breakdowns; * Calibrate tools through operation simulations and torque capacity tests, checking required levels for each test and making necessary adjustments to ensure operational performance; * Prepare technical reports identifying potential issues such as premature part failure or wear, incorrect maintenance or operating procedures, sending them to the client and proposing process improvements; * Analyze and inspect equipment for maintenance, assessing the overall condition of the equipment and its components, identifying spare parts requirements, estimating remaining useful life, and forwarding data to the responsible department for quotation preparation and submission to the client; * Conduct predictive maintenance on equipment, prepare inspection reports, and generate backlogs when necessary; * Support planning meetings and execution of customer maintenance activities. **Responsibilities in the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Management System:** * Comply with the policies and documents of the Integrated Management System and Quality; * Know and respect the worksheets covering aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your routine; * Follow the company's safety regulations. **Competencies:** * High school diploma completed; * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical fields; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance of drilling and hauling equipment; * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools; * Advantage: experience in process improvement. **Your Profile:** * Commitment; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Customer focus; * Ability to follow company rules, procedures, and safety standards; * Teamwork aptitude; * Flexibility to handle emergency situations; * Results-oriented; * Innovative mindset. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must grow to meet an expanding population.
