Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments and examinations. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and e\-mails from the medical center. Register and update patient data in the system. Organize medical records, documents, and medical referral forms. Assist in managing health insurance plans and authorizations for examinations or appointments. Receive payments for consultations and issue receipts or invoices, as required. Maintain the reception area and administrative files in order. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Executive Secretary, or Office Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
