




Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembler I to work on transmission lines, performing electromechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment in substations and industrial facilities, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Position: Assembler I – Transmission Line Type: Permanent position, CPFL Serviços **Desired Profile:** Completed elementary education; Full availability for travel and accommodation required; Initially, availability to work in the state of São Paulo (SP) is required. Prior experience as a Tower Assembler is essential, including activities such as pre-assembly and electromechanical assembly of metallic or concrete structures in transmission line and substation construction projects. Work Schedule: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18 * Project locations: Cities such as Jaú, Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara, Gália, Garça, Pederneiras, Altinópolis, among others (all located in the state of SP). Travel and accommodation availability required if necessary. \*Work Schedule:\* \- 5x2 \- Local candidate or resident of a neighboring city to the project location \- 21x2 \- Candidates residing farther away from the project city \- 90x10 \- Candidates residing in other states **Responsibilities:** Install control and command panels, including relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and other necessary electromechanical equipment; lay cables between equipment such as cubicles and metallic structures; perform cable connections and terminations in new or expanded substations. Conduct electrical testing, maintenance, or installation of electrical and electromechanical equipment within industrial facilities and substations, whether energized or de-energized, up to 500 KV. Support and assist in the installation or replacement of medium- and high-voltage equipment under de-energized conditions. Lay cables in cable trays / cubicles between equipment using hand tools. Perform connections, disconnections, and terminations on de-energized cables and equipment using appropriate tools. Clean and retighten connections on electrical equipment and panels. Carry out all tasks in accordance with the Task Manual (GED); when non-standard tasks are required, conduct a complete Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR). Operate company vehicles and ensure correct use of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under one’s responsibility, in accordance with GEDs (Task Manuals). Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) / collective protective equipment (CPE) and individual and collective tools, ensuring their integrity and the safety of the employee and team.
