Job Summary: A professional responsible for the entire procurement chain—from process mapping to strategic negotiation and supplier selection for materials and services—aiming for optimization and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in sourcing and negotiation in domestic and international markets. 2. Strategic involvement in the selection and development of competitive suppliers. 3. Optimization of processes across the procurement chain and risk management. * Identify, map, and document existing processes \- Procure materials, services, and products requested from domestic and international markets. * Prepare instructions for price quotation collection. * Issue necessary documentation for the procurement process. * Propose improvements to methods and processes within the procurement chain. * Negotiate with suppliers. * Consult and analyze catalogs, manuals, and other promotional materials to support accurate purchasing decisions. * Plan critical procurements for project implementation, defining supply lines, timelines, and strategies. * Participate in demand planning for materials jointly with end users—both for operating expenses and capital expenditures—providing market information and historical consumption data. * Propose procurement strategies for services, equipment, and materials (typically in complex markets), aiming to generate value, ensure supply continuity, and foster innovation. * Ensure selection of competitive suppliers through strategy development, team and role definition, negotiation preparation, supplier recommendations, and implementation of required changes and agreements with user departments. * Conduct supplier market assessments, identifying opportunities, gaps, strengths, and weaknesses via benchmarking to support continuous improvement. * Analyze economic indicators affecting material and equipment costs, capable of evaluating, critiquing, and proposing cost basket compositions reflecting cost evolution over time. * Execute procurement and monitor due diligence stages. * Gather information, conduct critical analysis, and develop and implement action plans for suppliers at potential risk (e.g., insolvency, contractual default). * Enable operational integration with suppliers, focusing on mitigating procurement risks and establishing tools to track spending and savings. * Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills for processes and results. **Required Knowledge and/or Skills:** * Familiarity with the supply chain for services, materials, and equipment\- Understanding of key performance indicators driving the materials and equipment supply chain. * Experience in material demand forecasting, sourcing, negotiation, and formalization of purchase orders/contracts in domestic and international markets. * Supplier selection and development. * Experience with SAP ERP Module MM. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Cost analysis for services, materials, and equipment. * English (intermediate level preferred) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
