




Job Summary: A customer service and support professional responsible for client management, quotations, contracts, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Process organization and control Main Responsibilities: * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Preparation and follow-up of quotations * Organization of contracts, documents, and schedules * Support to the commercial and after-sales departments * Customer registration and updates in the system * Payment, proposal, and service order tracking * General administrative support to technical and commercial teams * Social media and commercial contact monitoring * Monitoring of equipment shipments sent for technical assistance * Follow-up with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers regarding maintenance status and return deadlines * Tracking of equipment entering and leaving maintenance Desired Profile: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Aptitude for public-facing customer service * Commercial mindset and negotiation ability * Proactivity and problem-solving capability * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and digital systems Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
