Sales, product analysis, and cash closing. **Financial Assistant - Travel - R$ 2.500,00 - Angra dos Reis - 3 openings** Human Resources Consulting is selecting for a B2B tourism company. **Position:** Financial Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT - Permanent **Number of Openings:** 3 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable; Execution of financial department routines; Financial control and analysis; Preparation and updating of control spreadsheets; Generation of managerial and analytical reports; Preparation and monitoring of the monthly Income Statement (DRE); Customer service and email response; Organization of documents and information; Sales and product analysis; Cash closing; Filing of receipts and invoices; Daily submission of information to the Tourism Secretariat. **Education and Experience Requirements:** Proven experience in this role; Completed high school education; A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields is considered an advantage; Proficiency in Excel and Word; Strong typing skills and speed. **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Angra dos Reis **Benefits:** - Transportation Allowance - Meal Allowance of R$ 31.00 per day **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break) **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$ 2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Screening Question(s): * Are you available to participate in a paid 5-day training program?
