Develop menus and technical specifications for dishes. Control food and beverage costs, assisting in product pricing. Organize and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring proper storage and temperature control. Maintain workplace hygiene and organization, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment, monitoring temperature and cooking time. Request equipment maintenance when necessary. Coordinate, guide, and train kitchen staff.
