





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service: Greet customers, clarify questions about prices, products, and payment methods. Cashier operation: Open and close the cash register, scan products into the sales system, calculate purchase totals, and receive payments. Handling cash and other payment methods: Receive cash, credit/debit card, vouchers, and other forms of payment, ensuring correct change and accurate transactions. Issuing invoices: Issue and deliver fiscal receipts to customers. Cash flow control: Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring the register balance is accurate at the end of each shift. Handling complaints: Assist in resolving issues related to products and transactions, redirecting to a supervisor when necessary. Work area organization: Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including the cashier area, bags, and receipts. Support to other areas: Assist with packing purchases and, in some cases, support nearby departments. **REQUIREMENTS:** Numerical skills: Be quick and accurate in calculations, as the role involves handling change, sums, and financial operations. Attention and focus: To prevent errors in product registration and cash control. Basic computer knowledge: Ability to operate cash register systems, registers, and credit card machines. Good communication: Have good public interaction skills, be polite, and capable of dealing with different types of customers. Speed and organization: Work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours. Availability: Flexible working hours are often required, including weekends and holidays.
