Job Summary: Operate and monitor computer systems, provide technical support, manage access rights, and administer IT infrastructure and corporate networks. Key Highlights: 1. Administer corporate networks and IT infrastructure RESPONSIBILITIES Operate computer systems by monitoring application performance, input/output data resources, data storage resources, error logs, central processing unit (CPU) utilization, network resources, and application availability. Open service tickets for system corrections or inquiries; Provide on-site or remote technical support; Import/parameterize tables related to Topsaude; Conduct functional training and parameterization in Amplimed; Create and manage logins and passwords in the operator's systems; Install and configure equipment (telephony and computers); Administer the Office 365 portal; Administer the printer fleet; Administer the corporate network across all units; Assist operator departments with system rule parameterization.
