RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and lead the sales team for loans, payroll deductible credit cards, and insurance products targeting retirees, pensioners from INSS, and public servants. Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance indicators. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance team performance. Identify and propose improvements to sales and customer service processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in team supervision, especially within the financial sector. Knowledge of personal and payroll deductible loan products and their regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must reside in Baixada Santista (Santos, São Vicente or Cubatão) WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, with a one-hour break.
