We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion for all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design low- and medium-voltage electrical projects, including infrastructure and power supply connections. * Evaluate electrical distribution and network construction projects according to ABNT standards and ANEEL regulations. * Develop solutions for power generation systems (generators, UPS) and HVAC systems, as well as renewable energy applications. * Prepare technical specifications for contracting electrical engineering projects. * Assess and propose improvements focused on energy efficiency and CAPEX/OPEX optimization. * Prepare technical reports and cost-benefit analyses. * Conduct financial feasibility studies based on technical assumptions. * Supervise field installations (electrical infrastructure, networks, power supply connections, generators, UPS, and HVAC). * Manage schedules and deadlines, including coordination with utility providers. * Interface with multidisciplinary teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Apply Front-End Loading (FEL) methodology across all project phases. \#LI\-CM1 **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: **What we expect from you:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering. Experience in electrical network projects (low- and medium-voltage), infrastructure, and power supply connections. Knowledge of ABNT standards and ANEEL regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. **Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel.** **You’ll stand out if you have:** MBA in Project Management. Certifications in energy management or sustainability (e.g., ISO 50001, LEED). Experience managing electrical projects in collaboration with utility providers.
