Data and process analysis to identify improvements and generate reports. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Operational Management:** Organize and control administrative routines, including contract, document, account, inventory, and asset management. * **Departmental Support:** Provide support to Human Resources (salary payments). * **Finance:** Bank reconciliation, invoices, account payments, and procurement. * **Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze cost data, consumption accounts, and processes to identify improvements and create managerial reports. * **Service and Routines:** Serve employees/suppliers, provide clarifications, and ensure compliance with internal policies. **Common Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Desired Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and analytical mindset. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience working in a clinic.
