Provide technical support to the collection team and management We are seeking a Laboratory Coordinator, preferably a Biologist, to oversee the technical and operational coordination of the collection site, ensuring sanitary compliance, process quality, and technical support to the team. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the technical and operational routine of the collection site * Ensure compliance with health surveillance and ANVISA regulations * Supervise the collection team and provide technical support * Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and biosafety protocols * Act as the liaison between the unit, supporting laboratory, and management * Support audits, inspections, and sanitary licensing processes * Monitor operational and quality indicators * Provide technical support to the collection team, performing high-complexity collections or temporary replacements when necessary, in accordance with professional qualifications **Mandatory Requirements** ✔ Bachelor's degree in **Biological Sciences** ✔ Active registration with **CRBio** ✔ Prior experience in clinical laboratories or collection sites ✔ Knowledge of applicable sanitary regulations (ANVISA / Health Surveillance) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a **Technical Responsible Officer** * Experience in large-scale laboratories * Familiarity with **ANVISA RDC No. 786/2023** * Technical leadership profile, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$4\.296,05 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
