Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, guiding, and overseeing inventory control activities, ensuring organization, adequate stock replenishment, and accuracy—thereby optimizing resources and reducing costs. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, guiding, and overseeing inventory control activities, ensuring product organization and adequate supply, as well as accuracy. This professional proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in goods storage and distribution processes, aiming to optimize resources and reduce operational costs. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor may lead or supervise staff, providing guidance and training on best practices for inventory and operational management. * Perform inbound and outbound goods control in the warehouse, ensuring record accuracy and timely system updates; * Strategically organize the warehouse layout to facilitate movement and product accessibility; * Conduct periodic inventories (rotating and general) to verify quantities and condition of products in stock, and resolve discrepancies; * Analyze warehouse performance indicators, prepare control reports identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions; * Support internal/external audits; * Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities; * Guide and assign tasks to the warehouse team; * Monitor product expiration dates to prevent losses due to expiry; * Contribute to procurement processes by assisting in determining optimal purchase quantities; * Maintain constant communication with other company departments to ensure proper flow of inventory-related information; * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness, maintaining a safe and appropriate environment for product storage; * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards; * Monitor and oversee warehouse operations at both Head Office and Branch locations; * Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management processes, aiming to optimize resources and reduce operational costs. Required and Mandatory Qualifications: * Driver's License Category B * Ability to operate vehicles; * Availability for travel; * Residence in Caculé; * Completed High School education (or related courses); * Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse management;
