Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, controlling, organizing, and distributing storable materials, ensuring their integrity and quality, as well as maintaining records and performance indicators. Maintenance of Material Quality Responsible for receiving and controlling storable materials, issuing departmental reports and indicators, verifying damages or discrepancies between received and delivered goods, and ensuring compliance with company-established procedures and guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Material Receipt and Inspection: Verify the quantity and quality of received materials to ensure alignment with invoices and purchase orders; * Storage and Organization: Classify and store materials in an organized manner to facilitate access and inventory management; * Inventory Control: Monitor material inflows and outflows, maintaining up-to-date records in computerized systems or spreadsheets; * Material Distribution: Distribute materials according to departmental needs across the company, ensuring all departments receive necessary supplies for their operations; * Inventory Audits: Conduct periodic inventories to verify on-hand stock levels and identify potential discrepancies; * Invoice Issuance: Issue and record invoices for received and distributed products; * Quality Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and quality of stored materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in warehousing/logistics; * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Driver’s license AB; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI; * Knowledge of 5S and Continuous Improvement \- Preferred; * Familiarity with TOTVS system \- Preferred; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Pharmacy Card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás — Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai\- GO; Bahia — Carinhanha to Cocos); * Shared Accommodation; * Gym Access; * Meals; * Life Insurance. **Partnerships:** * University tuition agreements; * Dental clinics in the Cocos\- BA and Mambai \- GO regions. #### **Founded in 2000 but with origins dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale production with high mechanization potential.
