**Job Description*** Enter tickets according to branch via (AS/400 system);
* Regularize invoices;
* Select bales in Pluma Inventory;
* Process invoice dispatch;
* Issue documents in SAP and generate delivery notes.
* Send documentation for truck release, per the requesting carrier.
* Record remittance invoices;
* Monitor the biweekly export balance confirmation spreadsheet to ensure exports are completed within the required timeframe.
**Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency \- Advanced Excel is a plus;
* Knowledge of billing and fiscal invoice operations in Pluma.
**Additional Information**
Permanent position requiring on-site work at LDC’s Cotton Unit/Warehouse in the industrial district of Luís Eduardo Magalhães \- BA.
