Support for food quality and safety policy Machine and Equipment Operator I \- LEM/BA **Date:** March 24, 2026 **Location:** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes, BA, BR, 47850\-000 **Company:** Bunge **City :** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes**State :** Bahia (BR\-BA)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID :** 44563 **Responsibilities and Activities**: * Prepare operations according to the received schedule, verifying information such as product type, receipt, process time, weight, batches, and other relevant details. * Perform pre-treatment and/or feed equipment with established inputs, in accordance with production orders. * Operate low-complexity machines within the assigned production line, monitoring production progress and making adjustments during the process to ensure timely delivery of quality products meeting defined specifications. * Monitor and control operational flow throughout the entire process until its completion and product availability. * Perform maintenance and cleaning procedures for the work area and equipment, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), process and inspection plans, and PCC monitoring. * Assist in production monitoring by recording results in spreadsheets to meet production standards. * Perform minor repairs not requiring technical maintenance knowledge. * Participate actively to maximize process efficiency by monitoring electrical current of equipment, tank levels, temperatures, equipment pressures, and flow rates. * Adjust processes based on laboratory analyses to maintain unit-specified standards. * Collect product samples periodically, following established norms and procedures, and perform simple analyses to verify quality and specifications. * Dispose of production inputs used in the process, following established norms and procedures. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures through participation in lectures and training sessions, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and appropriate handling of machinery and equipment. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and adhering to established standards and/or technical norms. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food quality and safety management system, meeting requirements, attending training sessions, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing, Transportation, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the food quality and safety policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate, if a member of the Food Safety Team (FST), in meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities; encourage and support all colleagues in implementing food safety practices. * Monitor PCC and PPRO controls as scheduled; in case of deviations, immediately notify leadership and ensure immediate and corrective actions are taken. * Follow the defined protocol and act independently during the process, without reporting to the immediate supervisor, if responsible for collecting products for GMP\+ scope analyses. * Utilize real-time quality parameter measurement data, and for inspection points where such data is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis, enabling obtained results to support process control and improvement and product quality. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Education: Completed high school; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Also See Our Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance (Transportation voucher, parking, or shuttle service) * Pharmacy Benefit * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) \- Based on achievement of goals and results) * “Count on Us” Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, universities, and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location.
