Experience in operational team management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Main Responsibilities Supervise earthmoving projects (grading, road construction, contour lines, dams, yards, silos, etc.); Coordinate machine operators (motor grader, front-end loader, backhoe, excavator, crawler tractor); Monitor physical activity schedule; Control fuel consumption, machine-hours, and productivity; Ensure basic preventive maintenance of equipment; Comply with occupational safety regulations; Report project progress to farm management; Support technical planning of work fronts. **Requirements:** Proven experience in earthmoving (preferably on farms or rural construction projects); Knowledge of level reading, basic surveying, and project interpretation; Experience in operational team management; Driver’s license (minimum Category B – Category D preferred); Willingness to reside on the farm or commute daily. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Parking, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal allowance
